This policy explains what personal information Kukarma Art Gallery collects, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• When you book: your name, email, phone number, and any notes you add (e.g. allergies, accessibility).
• When you pay: payment is handled by Razorpay; we receive a confirmation and order details but never your full card or UPI credentials.
• When you join a waitlist or leave a review: your email, and the name you choose to display.
• Standard technical data your browser sends (IP, device, pages viewed) via our hosting and any analytics we run.

Why we collect it

• To process your booking and payment, and send confirmations, tickets, and reminders.
• To run the session safely (e.g. acting on allergy/accessibility notes).
• To let you know when a seat opens (waitlist) or to ask how a session went (review request).

Who we share it with

We share data only with the services that make the site work:

• Razorpay — payment processing (see Razorpay’s own privacy policy).
• Our hosting provider (Hostinger) — stores the website and its database.
• Our email provider (Resend) — sends transactional emails.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

WordPress and WooCommerce set cookies needed to run the cart, checkout, and your session. Any analytics we add may set its own cookies; you can block cookies in your browser, though parts of checkout may stop working.

How long we keep it

Order and booking records are kept as long as needed for our accounts and any legal obligations. Waitlist entries are removed once they are no longer relevant.
