Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of Kukarma Art Gallery and any workshop you book through it. By booking, you agree to them.

Bookings & payment

• A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received. Seats are not held until you complete payment.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). We do not store your card details.
• Each booking covers the number of seats you select, for the session you select.

Cancellations & refunds

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your session start time — full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable, but you may transfer your seat to someone else or, where possible, move to a later session.
• To cancel, email kukarmaartgallery@gmail.com with your order number.
• Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically settle in 5–7 business days.

If we cancel a session

Occasionally we may have to cancel or reschedule a session (illness, low enrolment, materials). If we do, you get a full refund or a free transfer to another date — your choice.

In the studio

• Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time.
• Tell us in advance about allergies or accessibility needs (there is a notes field at checkout).
• Participation is at your own risk; please use tools and materials as instructed.
• Work you make is yours to keep. Some pieces (e.g. fired ceramics) may need to be collected later.

Photography

We sometimes photograph sessions for our website and Instagram. Tell us if you would prefer not to appear, and we will respect that.
